We're making huge progress toward becoming a No Kill Community thanks to our adoption partners and foster families. Cats and dogs who would have been killed for space reasons in years past are now safely in the hands of volunteers. Dolly is one of those. She weighs only five pounds, but she's a heavyweight in the beauty department. She's very soft, but she's also very shy. A little patience will bring her out of her shell. She's available for adoption at one of our great adoption partners: Ridge Road Animal Hospital.
How can you resist that smiling face? Chelsi is a three-year-old pomeranian mix. If you ask us, she has just the right amount of mix. She has a very sunny disposition, and she's as friendly and as sweet as can be. This little girl is waiting to brighten your life. In addition to Find-a-Friend every Saturday at the Rockwall Petco, the shelter pets will be at the Rockwall Farmers Market twice each month beginning this Saturday. And they'll be at the Mesquite Petco (next to Town East Mall) on Sunday afternoons beginning July 31. Even more locations coming soon!
