Get ready for Thanksgiving

Make your Thanksgiving even more special by adopting a Rockwall shelter pet. There's nothing better than sharing family memories with a warm and fuzzy companion. The shelter is open until 5pm today, plus we'll be at the Rockwall Petco from noon-3pm.

Micki is now Bella

Cody McDaniel shows off his Rockwall Kennel Club certificate after his family adopted Micki yesterday afternoon. Micki's name is now Bella.

BeBe gets a great home!

Amy Dennis and her family were about to do some shopping at the Rockwall Petco for their new dog BeBe after adopting her yesterday afternoon. Congratulations to BeBe, Elvis and Billy, who were all adopted! And thanks again, Rockwall!

Adoption rate doubles

The normal Saturday adoption rate more than doubled during our third annual National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week open house and party on November 6. Stacey South, along with her children Zoe and Logan, adopted Dora during the event.

Maggie goes home

Matt and Amy Urbanus and their family are obviously glad they adopted Maggie at the Rockwall Petco on Saturday! Rambo and Homer are also on their way to their new homes. Thank you again, Rockwall! Rock on!
