This little chihuahua-mix has it all. She's cute, sweet, even-tempered, playful and loving. Yet she's been at the Rockwall Animal Adoption Center for over a month. She's ready to be the perfect lap warmer for the holiday season. Sandy is your Rockwall Adoptable Shelter Pet for the week of November 29, 2010.
