Monday January 10, 2011 was a historic day at the Rockwall Animal Adoption Center. Dr. Kurt Avery performed the first spay/neuter procedures at the new in-house vet clinic. It's a dream come true for Chris Valentine and the Animal Services team: Your Rockwall shelter pets will have in-house vet care for the first time.
